At approximately 0139hrs Wednesday morning units were alerted to a reported vehicle collision with possible entrapment on Route 15 northbound at West Patrick Street. RE-11 reporting the collision to be N.B. Rt. 15 just south of W. Patrick St. RE-11, Lt. Cave, establishing initial command confirming single vehicle collision with entrapment. Chief 3-1 arriving on the scene with co. 3 units and assuming command. Due to the patients condition, command requested aviation. Patient was extricated from the vehicle within several minutes and moved to A-248. Due to the location on Rt. 15, command concurring with EMS-910 for the ambulance to transport the patient to the MSP Aviation Hangar. Command was terminated, units returning to service as ready, the scene was turned over to MSP.
