Fire and rescue units responded to this motor vehicle crash in the 4000 block of Buckeystown Pike at 05:00 am, Sunday, August 21, 2011. Fire and rescue personnel found a single adult patient laying next to the driver's side of the vehicle, conscious. The driver ran off of the right side of the roadway striking a tree and a Verizon telephone pole.

The driver was transported by ambulance to Meritous Medical Center in Washington County for non life-threatening injuries.
