The officers and membership wish to congratulate Life Member Stephen J. Wisner on being inducted into the Maryland State Fireman's Association Hall of Fame. According to "Boot", as many have come to know him by, you have to set goals. Achieving status in the MSFA's Hall of Fame was at least one of those goals. Jeff joined United Steam Fire Engine Company, No. 3 in October of 1973. We have been extremely fortunate to have had Jeff's vast knowledge and experience over the last 37 years. Again, we wish to congratulate Jeff on this achievement, one of many in his distinguished volunteer career.
