Dispatched to a reported vehicle accident with Sheriff's Dept on scene. Chief 3 on scene confirming 2 vehicle accident involving sheriff's deputy with1 patient injured. A38 and RS3 arrived on scene, crew from RS3 checked deputy for injuries and began to stabilize vehicle with the injured patient inside. Crew assisted with removal and packaging of patient for transport, additional BLS units requested to obtain a refusal on the deputy. Vehicles secured and absorbent placed on small anti-freeze leak. RS3 returned to service.
