Company 3 units were dispatched to the ramp from South Jefferson Street to North Bound Route 15 for a overturned tractor-trailer. Captain 3-1 "Arnold" on scene reported fuel leaking and requested to HIRT and Decon unit from Station 31 to assist. Chief 3 on scene with command and requested MDE to respond. Units worked on the scene for 3 hours.
