A worker flagging traffic was killed Friday along Md. 85 near Lime Kiln Road when a co-worker put his vehicle in reverse and struck the man. The flagman was directing traffic as his company's construction crew worked to repair damaged lines. Maryland State Police and Maryland Occupational Safety and Health was notified.
