Spring Ridge Station 33 and New Market Station15 were alerted for a brush fire on I-70. As units checked up, Howard County Medic 45 was passing through confirmed the dispatch and advised they had a working brush fire. Engine 331 arrived and pulled a 1-3/4 bumper line to extinguish the brush fire just before it extended into the wood land surrounding it.
