At 1845 hours units were dispatched in Co.31 area for a MVC w/entrapment on RT85 and I270. As units marked up Emergency Communications advised a corrected location of RT85 and Executive Way with two vehicles involved and multiple patients. C3-2 along with PE311 arrived with a good location, and reporting a two vehicle T-Bone accident with 2 pinned in vehicle. C3-2 established the "RT85 Command" and requested additional BLS transport units and reported a total of 4 patients. C-3 arrived and was assigned extrication group, RS3 along with C-3 removed both patients in approx. 15 minutes to awaiting EMS units. Command reported 3 patients BLS transport to local hospital, and the 4th patient was ground transported to Washington County Trauma Center for treatment. Command was terminated and units were placed in service, MSP was on scene with the investigation.
