C3-2 turned the scene over to the FCPD and the building inspector, the business was closed for the remainder of the night. As rush hour traffic was hitting the area units from station 3 and 1 (Independent) were alerted for a vehicle accident on Route 15 at Jefferson Street in the North bound lanes.
