Members Standby for the Crib Crawl 5K in Baker Park

EMS and fire personnel stood by for the Crib Crawl 5K run in Baker Park on Saturday. The department's ATV, which caries emergency medical equipment and is capable of transporting a sick or injured person to an awaiting ambulance was used during the event. The ATV is a Polaris 800 6 x 6 that was placed in service in November, 2011 to assist during these types of special events as well as emergency rescue incidents where access to a patient can not be made using regular fire/rescue vehicles.
