Motor Vehicle Crash - Rt 85 Ramp to I270 SB

On Wednesday, January 4, 2012, shortly before 6:00 p.m., fire and rescue responded to a two-vehicle motor vehicle crash at the Rt. 85 ramp to Interstate 270 south.

Rescue personnel had to remove a door from one of the vehicles to gain access to the injured occupant.

The crash sent one person to the trauma center at Meritus Medical Center in Washington County with injuries that were reported not to be life-threatening.
