Units responded to I-270 North near the exit for Md. 85 for reported bus on fire. Chief 3 on scene with the rear of a tour bus on fire. Crews from E-311, E-231 and Chief 3-2 worked to control and put the fire out. ET-34 on scene the supply the attack engine and there crew helped with overhaul. The driver and passengers (mainly children ranging in ages from 8 to 15 years old, and some teachers) were safely evacuated and were kept at a safe distance away from the bus. The tour bus was headed to Ski Liberty with 46 children and six adults were on board the bus. No injuries were reported.
