On the night of 17 Jan at 2041 hours Rescue Engine 11, Ambulance's 18 and 19, medic's 2 and 20, and Rescue Squad 3 were dispatched to the PI with entrapment at Hillcrest Dr and Carlton Pl. Upon arriving on the scene Ambulance 18 advised one patient on the sidewalk and one still in the vehicle. Chief 1-1 arrived to estabish the Hillcrest Dr command. While Ambulance 18 attended to the patient on the sidewalk with facial trauma RE11 started with the stabilization of the vehicle and started on popping the passenger door. Ambulance 19 showed up and took care of the patient in the car and Rescue Squad 3 assisted with the extrication. After both patients were transported to Washington county hospital as priority 2's all units worked to clean up the scene. Units cleared the scene within 45 min and turned authority over to the city police.
